BrightBoarding was founded on a simple observation: too many organisations treat onboarding as an administrative checkbox rather than a strategic opportunity.

We saw talented new hires leave within their first six months—not because they lacked skills, but because they never truly connected with their teams, understood their role, or felt supported in their transition.

Our mission is to transform onboarding from a passive process into an active retention strategy. We combine evidence-based methodology (the 8C framework) with human-centred technology to help organisations build lasting connections with their talent from day one.
